I think I was introduced to this band (way back then) by a guitar player friend (and songwriter) who loved these guys because of the little details in their music, like the short piano phrase in this tune after the line...(And I love you best...) When I listen to music these days, I'm often listening for just that kind of thing. Then I don't worry about feeling old cuz stuff like that is timeless.
On the other hand, isn't it amazing how quickly a song can become twenty years old?
Wow, these guys go back a few years. Great song it is, though! I feel old all of a sudden, lol.
